We have been doing low carb. Initially was eating between 20-30 carbs per day, but right now near 50-60. I coach basketball so it’s trying at times, but popcorn is my savior on game nights instead of other snacks. Have not had a week yet where I have gained.

It’s mainly been a diet change for us, but lately we have started walking about 30 minutes a night, 3 nights a week. Congratulations on your success as well!

Appreciate both of your responses! I too am now 42, and without a gallbladder. I keep looking at MFP app to see if it’s the high fat or high sodium, but it’s so hit or miss in days, and I can’t find a trigger food that is causing it.

What do you put them with, or mix with? People have said they are awful if saturated.

I had 3 days of stomach cramps in 3 months. They so happened to be in 2 weeks time. Chalked it up to constipation and lack of water. Been good since removing cheese for snacks.

Why would I want to eat more to slow my loss????? Sheeesh. I eat nearly 2000 calories daily, up to 2750 some days. I am 327 lbs currently, so losing 4 lbs a week isn’t out of the question or unhealthy anyway. Been to my doctor to confirm.
