Thanks! :) i cant big batch make anything, i have absolutely no freezer space (I have a roomate so its not just my food) . I dont eat meat to begin with very much, so it will be quite a veggie diet for me lol

Ya i know my prepackaged days are done. I just dont have much of a say in it - it comes with intolerable pain if I eat it lol. Im going to look at more oat options.. as the oats I have are loaded with bad stuff and I thought they were just plain oats! Crazy how much I now notice the amount of crap going into my body

dont cut under 1200.. thats dangerous! if you are eating 1200 or a little more, and eating the proper nutrition - i would leave that and just increase your intensity or amount of physical activity. you dont want to starve yourself, that will not make matters better. but maybe look at what your eating and see if theres some…

That makes much more sense ! Lol. I was quite confused for only doing 162 over a whole day. But that would be awesome for you - congrats! From all the reviews it appears it likes tracking vehicular motions as walking.. hmm..

At 8pm at night I feel 162 steps is extremely low unless you just got up. I easily hit a few thousand steps a day without doing any extra exercise.. 162 steps would easily be getting out of bed and roaming your house for 5 minutes or so.. lol.

The lowest dose of anti-depressant was perscribed to me by my doctor and yeah, I'm with you. I quickly took myself off them and said no way. I was irritable, sleeping 18hours easily, lost my appetite, and became unbearable to be around. They made me worse than my depression does. :neutral:

As said multiple times above, you are way to low in calorie intake.. That's not enough to even give your body the proper nutrition it needs to function properly. You my friend need to seriously learn some manners. I KNOW what is wrong with my knees - and it's my doctor who has said I NEED to watch it or I will face knee replacement before I am 30. The walking aggrivates them - I do it as much as I can. So I was looking for some others :) Stairs, squats / bending at the knees, or weight being on one leg fully is aggrivating and tends to make them worse. I deffinitly think I will try cycling, and possibly look into lite yoga. :)

From everything ive read on it (so just from my readings not personal experience), just drink lots of water and try to lose it at a healthy rate. Your still young which ive read really helps. But theres nothing you can do to garuntee it wont but i dont think you have that much weight to lose for it to be stretched too far.…
