Maybe try upping tour complex carbs and protein to help build lean muscle. If your eating at a calorie deficit you are burning muscle by doing tons of cardio. I would run just 1 mile a day or eat more.

Eat 5 times.a day. Two fruits one vegetable and two lean meats about the size of your fist. You will lose those last lbs quickly.

5 sets of 10 is the mainstay of my workouts. I finish with a max set. Also do a moderate amount of cardio. It helps oxygen transfer for better lifts.

Clearly there is a difference between being sore and being injured. If your just sore work your other muscle groups. That's why weight lifting programs are called splits. I'm trying to lose about 7 percent BMI. It's probably gonna take a month or so hopefully. Wanting 6 pack pretty bad. I am currently lifting and doing cardio 5 days a week. Plus counting calories with a 2500 a day goal.

After seeing all the progress you have made. I can see why you want to make more. I would check your BMI and see if tou have more body fat ro lose.
