Hi, everyone! I am finally pulling out of my bad depression, its a battle every day but I am defeating it! I have 80 lbs to lose and could use all the friends possible! enjoy your day!

Yes!! they may not be super accurate but once you get "addicted" to reaching that 10,000 steps you'll do it every day. even on my "rest" days i make sure i get all my steps in. It really has helped me get off of my booty! and I compete w myself to beat my best steps days

Thanks so much everyone! I do love peanut butter, just gotta be careful BC I could eat that all day haha.. I don't like eggs but I have forced myself to eat them before for their health benefits, I'll try some kind of different way to eat them maybe.. I appreciate everyone's tips

I love chicken, turkey, I like raw spinach but I feel like you have to use a ton to get much protein, I love most fruits, I'm picky when it comes to vegetables, i do like cooked broccoli, I like whole grain/wheat things but trying to stay away from too many carbs.. Well I guess I was being lazy too, I shouldnt use excuses to not take care of myself. My dad is stable right now which helps alot and my medication is working. I'm in the same boat, was always the chubby kid.. I lost weight about 7 years ago and was in fantastic shape.. Then a couple years ago gained it all back due to depression.. Im beating my depression so I am finally ready to lose all the weight.. Add me :)

Don't let anyone tell you that you shouldn't do a slim fast diet.. There's nothing wrong w it and others people's opinions about it don't matter..
