I lost my mum in September 2015. Im 24 and she was 51, she had epilepsy and had a turn and fell down the stairs. It made me angry at first how anyone can fall down the stairs and be ok but she died from a bleed on the brain when it happened. It does get easier to cope with. well I was 210lbs at my 9 week midwife book in, im now 212lbs at 23wks. Not majorly sticking to calories (trying mega hard now though) aiming for between 2000-2300 a day at the moment

my first 2 pregnancies - 28lbs both times. I am 17 weeks now with baby #3 and am 8lbs under my start weight. I am a heavier mum though and not starving in anyway dont worry! Im aiming for under 20lb this time but im not worrying too much as its worth it for a healthy baby

Im 16wks pregnant myself (baby number 3) and was shattered the first trimester. Iv just got energy back to do workouts (low impact) where as I just walked 40-60mins a day 5 days a week with school runs to do in the first trimester. Listen to your dr and your body.
