Have you spoken to your doctor? They probably have a better idea than those of us without your health records and no medical degrees.

I'd talk to her doctor first and make sure it's not just developing into a more adult woman body.

Nerve damage?

Only when it's not as powerful as a vitamix. There is no need for multi level blades in top of the line blenders like vitamix blentec or breville.
-
Unless you have specific medical issues that it can make worse, like GERD, it's not an issue.

I use a lot of the wide mouth freezable canning jars. But I also use my foodsaver (sometimes with the canning jars),or glad containers.
-
I'm another vitamix fan here.

All artificial sweeteners give you the runs? There are a few different kinds, though the runs are a common side effect of sugar alcohols. I don't eat many artificial sweeteners because I occasionally have the aforementioned reaction to sugar alcohol, while others taste funny or sometimes trigger migraines. I do measure out…

I am okay with the regular secret, but the clinical irritates my skin. I use regular secret most of the time, but rotate Mitchum in sometimes as well. Sometimes the regular secret isn't strong enough. I got some degree to try.

That's actually not unusual timing for a new reaction. I've had reactions to new antibiotics after three days on them. Your body has to be exposed and then decide it doesn't like it. It could be a food reaction too- my mouth goes numb with celery, and you can even develop an allergy after you've eaten something for years.…

According to https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/seasoning It's anything that seasons your food. I wouldn't consider artificial flavors in there.

I weigh kernels before I pop them and then log that, I also measure any toppings and log those.

You can get all different sizes of crock pots too, and adjust the recipe for different amounts of servings. Or make extra and freeze it for days you are too tired to cook. I love my instant pot too. I have some health issues and still manage to feed myself. I keep easy stuff on hand for bad days- besides the frozen stuff,…

Technically anything that flavors your food is a seasoning. Herbs and spices are subgroups. Extracts are another subgroup. As well as blends.
-
The only things I don't log are calorie and sodium free. Like the flavor drops for water, though I do track the water, or non salt containing spices since the calorie count is too low to matter. I need to watch sodium for medical issues, so if it has salt, but no calories, it gets tracked.

This. There are a few medical conditions where it's bad for you, and most people eat more than they need, but unless you are eating so much protein that you are missing out on other nutrients most people have a wide range of what their body can handle.
-
There are no salt added sardines and the ones in tomato sauce are reasonable with the sodium too.
-
Just like the others have said- if you see someone, see a registered dietitian. If I had the money I'd like to talk to one, I have medical issues that make my diet complicated.

I opened my Safeway app last week and got a free box of dried pasta, a bottle of electrolyte water, and some drinkable yogurt. All stuff I will use. I have a free doughnut coupon on it right now... I love the Safeway app. But when I'm really low on money in a month I shop at Winco near my work. For the OP, I try to stay…

Then claim that everyone, even those who like cilantro, should eat just like you.

A less known, but very common hormone problem is the parathyroids too.

It probably would be good to talk to a doctor about it. Generally you need to see your doctor to make sure your vaccinations are up to date and have a physical before leaving for college, that would be a good time to talk. A doctor won't judge like friends and family, but they will tell you the truth.

All fruits and veggies have been manipulated by selective breeding since humans started farming. There is corn that isn't sweet. It's usually made into things like corn meal and animal feed.
-
It may not be reasonable then. Do you know your frame size or body fat percentage?
-
Yep. 7g ofsugar in a serving of no salt added canned corn.
-
I think one more question is how old are you? Are you trying to get down to a weight that was from before you were done growing? As others have said. 10-20 lbs is reasonable in that timeline, but we don't know enough to know if it's reasonable for you

But I get to imagine I'm eating more crackers if they are broken.
-
I just read the article. It's bad enough to brainwash adults, but poor kids!
-
I can eat corn while sipping soda and can still enjoy the sweetness of corn. I can go back and forth between a sweet drink and something like unsweetened iced tea without issues. Everything in moderation.

Kung pao cauliflower. It's my current obsession there And the cheese- but that's in moderation.
