  • When I was lifting weights for lean muscle I was told 1.5 grams per body weight :-) I'm not sure what HIIT is or Olympic style training ☺️ but I used to do one body part per day, 6 exercises, 15 reps and I was super lean :-) I was running about five miles per day as well though :-) I also agree a largely vegan diet works…
  • Nelda, great advice, what always seems to work for me is having a cheat meal once a week :-) I usually make it Sunday and eat whatever I want :-) including dessert, surprisingly enough I was more toned after the meal (next day) then before it! :-)
  • It didn't work out for me :-( I ended up gaining weight and craving carbs completely, I was miserable and had no energy :-(......everyone is different though it may work for you :-) my body just performs better on high carb lower fat and moderate protein
  • Take one day at a time :-) don't think about getting through tomorrow today ;) Immediately upon getting up while still in my Jammie's I throw on one of leslie sansone's walking DVDs I do four miles, however you could start with 5 minutes if you wish, it's baby steps but sticking to them that helps you progress :-)…
  • Yup, I'm the same way but teeter with ten pounds or so, I own a small restaurant and we are known for our cupcakes, and sweets are my downfall (diet wise :-) funny story, with my youngest son while pregnant I hated sugar..... I ended up almost 20 pounds thinner a week after having him then what I weighed right before…
