  • We all hit a plateau sometimes. There is a really nice article about it under Blogs for October which explains why this happens. Honestly I recently stood still for 3 weeks and then I started losing weight again as normal. I was just glad that I was not gaining weight :) . good luck
  • Best Buff, I do believe in giving away clothing one haven't worn in a year and won't wear in the next year. Obviously their are people that need it more than I do.   • Best N, Gebezi are completely right that it is probably unhealthy BUT I know how you feel... I'm inpatient as well and even try to loose more than a kg a week...   • Good for you for starting again! Same here - last year I loss 27kg (59.5lbs) then move to a new town and picked 10kg (22 lbs) again. BUT I started last week with MFP again and already loss 2.7kg.
