Yeah maybe you guys are right. I would have been very surprised to think it was water retention tho as it has never been a problem of mine, my weight hasn't fluctuated like that before.. All here for support and motivation.. Make yourself an achievable goal for a months time. The first month is the hardest but after that you'll find your rhythm.. Stay strong and focused

Yeah I'm about 16% body fat there.. I find it hard to drop from there since I find my body craves carbs after training.. My training usually consists of 3 weeks strength training then 3 weeks olympic lifting. Then followed by a week of yoga and mobility training.. Then repeat. I don't do a lot of cardio.. Hi johana, If you have a good sense of exercise and good knowledge of food intake I would think it's a very achievable target..
