True! I just know that it's hard for me to not think about "is that water weight or fat gain?" especially since I use a lot of salt (which I know is bad lol, but I LOVE it, just switched to the Pink sea salt!) I just wanna try to flush it out as much as possible! thanks for everyones help!

Hellllllo! I have been on and off this site for many years! I went from being 263 to 175 but unfortunately, as many of you know its a lot easier said then done keeping the weight off. I became lazy and old habits came back of ordering fast food weekly and being a couch potato. I am currently at 225 and I want to lose 82…

This is why I, (idk about everyone else) have a high calorie day on Wednesdays. That's my "cheat" day where I'll eat a bit above my intake. But you are correct. Eating less than 1200 calories consistently is not good for anyone at all.

It's just I was going with sedentary and I was feeling a little hungry and irritable. I guess I'll judge by this week what I should really go with. With sedentary I had 1360 calories with lightly active I get about 300 more calories. I don't really plan on eating all 300 but perhaps some on days I still feel hungry.
