I try and get up at least once an hour. I'll walk while I'm talking on the phone.

People are very quick to say things without thinking how it makes someone else feel. I've been told: A. I'm too skinny B. You've put on some weight. Don't put on too much C. I'm flat chested and yes people have said mean things about that too. Like I have any control over that. I just try not to let the haters bother me…

Maintain between 117-122. I'm currently at 120.

I'm 120 pound, 5'4" 46 year old female and maintain at 1480 but eat any exercise calories back as well.

Just started maintenance this week but I will continue weighing weekly so don't get off track. Will still log food too because one of my big goals was to eat healthier.

I also get up at 4 so I can have a cup of coffee before heading to the gym. I love working out in the morning.

My gym is $10 a month and I usually go at least 4 times a week.

I've had RA for 20 years now. My knees, ankles, hips and hands are the worst. I can't do any high impact stuff. I can do Stairclimber for 30 minutes at a time. Any longer has my knees regretting it the next day. I've found for me the AMT, elliptical and bike are best. Wish there was a pool I could use but no such luck.

I especially make sure I workout when I'm stressed. It might be hazardous to others people health if I didn't.

I have this problem too. I try to wait a little while after workout before showering but even that doesn't always work.

I'm a morning workout person. If I waited until after work I would never do it. I know myself well enough to know if I wait I will talk myself out of it.
