I received one for Christmas. It's ok, I guess. It does count all your steps taken. Takes your HR, hours slept,and counts calories burned. I was disappointed with the calories burned. At waking up every morning(even on the nights not worn), it says I burned 400+ calories. And on days were I've been home all day and done…

My favorite is trader joes low fat Parmesan ranch dressing. Per 2 Tbsp. ,it has 30 cal and 1.5g of fat.
