you could always substitute ranch for the blue cheese. My hubby is allergic to blue cheese so when we have wings he dips his in ranch dressing and it's just as tasty. =)

Thank you =) And it is annoying how fast they can add up. You have to really be vigilant or they can add up quick. We are slowly working on dropping them down lower and after this next week (we'll be traveling a few days) we plan on going 50 or lower. Yeah, at least he's honest enough to know he wouldn't stick to it on his birthday. He doesn't even want to go really high carb that day he just wants to be able to eat 1 ice cream cup cake from cold stone creamery for his b-day and the challenge says for those 2 weeks to not eat out.

I don't know if this will help you or not, but I log and count everything for my husband. He tells me how many calories he's willing to eat within on any given day and I log his food. I make all the meals and pack our lunch so it's easy to keep his carbs low and he's happy with the additional snacks he gets because he has…

Unfortunately this has happened to me several times as well. It's a glitch with MFP where sometimes it wont let you add things to a recipe. Try again in a few hours and it usually works again.

I generally stick to water and ice tea, but my husband enjoys his diet sodas (a little too much) and he's lost a lot of weight with no problem at all. He even indulges in scotch now and again when he has the calories for it. Even I get tempted by a bloody-marry from time to time when the calories work out.

My husband and I use those noodles all the time they are great. You just follow the instructions on the package and then cook them in whatever soup or sauce you are going to use for about an hr and they take on the same flavor as what you're cooking them in. They really do fill you up too.

Use Swanson's unsalted chicken broth or unsalted beef broth in place of other broths and you'll reduce your sodium in soups by a lot.

Look up miracle noodles. They are wonderful and zero calories. You cook them in any soup or sauce for about an hour and they will take on the flavor of whatever you are cooking them in. I use them in place of noodles for many things.
