Trying to add meat to a recipe

Have the recipe saved,but have tried several times to add the meat....it never shows up. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks,Pat

    Are you trying to edit a recipe you've made previously?

    Unfortunately this has happened to me several times as well. It's a glitch with MFP where sometimes it wont let you add things to a recipe. Try again in a few hours and it usually works again.
