Thank you everyone! That makes more sense, I was concerned though because people make it seem like if you stop eating low carb it all comes back. It's nice to know that's not the case if you still moderate what you eat.

Im really late but Im starting today as soon as my 7 week old decides to nap. I've never seen a baby stay up this much, I want to work out!

Same here! Am currently 7weeks pp and am breastfeeding my daughter. Was going to start the 30 day shred but dont know how to factor in extra calories so my supply isnt affected.

@arditarose Thank you so much for all the information! I'll probably start the Strong Curves program in the next couple days and get in the gym to start lifting. I'll eat at my maintenance calories as well.

Thank you for explaining! I've heard of a "lean bulk" would this be a better option since I've never done any serious lifting? I had a trainer but with my school schedule it was too much so I know basic moves but I feel like I would look silly walking into the weight section of the gym as I have always stuck with cardio!

Im slowly decreasing my calorie deficit so hopefully it'll help!

I'm about 5'3 and currently weigh 115, my goal is 110 and possibly 105 depending on how I look and feel. I carry most of my weight in my lower body and it takes longer to lose.

My house is very tempting, I live with my sister and she has problems gaining weight so we constantly have donuts, chips, pizza, cupcakes, cake, and etc. It is hard to resist but I've been strong!

All of these are giving me ideas on what to eat!

Im sure it has nutritional value, I just dont think its necessarily the best option if I was trying to eat healthy. I guess I have a tainted view as I worked at McDonalds for nearly two years and saw all the food and how it was prepared. & by saying healthy I just meant better options than ordering usual items at fast food…

Very true! I love the Big Mac but other then the protein it doesnt have much nutritional value! Lol
