Lol.. cute post!

Wow!!! I definitely see a difference but it looks more of 3 months progress instead of 3 weeks AMAAAZING.. i wonder where you'll be in 3 months progress... CONGRATS!!
-
Once a week is good right after you wake up and use the restroom but i cant be patient i weigh-in EVERYDAY . i prefer to weigh without clothes to get a more accurate weigh in or to weigh with the same thing everyday
-
10 months to lose 60 pounds
-
Yes i think you definitely can because 2 years ago i started at 187 and lost 11 pounds first month 9 pounds 2nd month 7 pounds 3rd month ... etc. because i started off heavy of course if your starting weight is like 150 or less i dont think itll be easy nor healthy... eventually as i got lighter the pounds got off slower…
-
Im one of those that get motivated when i see .. " you'll weigh x in 5 weeks"
-
I meant without not within lol

Great job! I agree even though its not 20+ pounds i think its great you can get back on track within feeling discouraged... YOU CAN Do ANYTHING!!
