Yes you can have a cheat meal a week! I have one every week and I am still loosing weight! I have to have one to keep sane! lol I still lose about 2 pounds a week with a cheat meal. It wont hurt your progress!

I haven't been through what you have been through but when I get go through tough times I just try to take it day by day. If I have a bad day I just try to make the next day better even if it isnt my best. I am sorry for your loss! I couldn't even imagine what your are going through! Feel free to add me!

Have you measured your self or taken pictures? Sometimes when you arnt losing weight you could be losing inches!

Plateaus are tough! Try switching things up like maybe doing a different work out or if you eat a lot of the same foods switch up your food intake! Going to send you a friend request!

Even if you didn't lose any weight you could have lost inches! If you didn't lose any weight or if you gained weight just don't let it get you down where you start over eating or just eating bad. I think of my WHY! Why am I wanting to loose weight, why am I wanting to get healthy and fit. When I think of that it motivates me to get up and moving! So think of why you are doing this if you don't know already! Hope this helps feel free to friend me!
