Thanks a million guys :) had to tell myself I was just being silly. I'm signing up to the gym anyways and giving myself time to tone and lose weight. I don't want to rush into losing weight and then going back to square 1

Would you invest in a heart monitor? I have one and it's brilliant and pretty accurate. Not too pricey either if you search around. That way you don't have to search, you can just log in your calorie burn without having to guess

I used to weigh myself daily and ended up developing an obsession with it. It became unhealthy and I would try and starve myself. For me, it's not recommended but I'm sure for other people it could be recommended

I honestly don't mind walking in the cold or rain but when the sun is splitting the skies, it makes me more hopeful about reaching my goals.

I'm excited to get back on track. I've tried so many times to get back on the exercise bus but it just never happened! I'm more motivated now and more willing to give it a try. Good luck on your journey :)
