Day 2

It's day 2 and I'm still feeling confident

I'm in the door from work and about to sit down and have a quick bite to eat and tea before I go on a walk. It's absolutely gorgeous out so there is no reason for me to sit in. I'm reading the paper instead of putting the telly on. I know as soon as I put the telly on, I'm not going to bother moving for the night, unless it's to inhale more junk food.

    Way to go! Keep o plugging away.

    Re: walking. Great exercise, if weather becomes an issue for you......find an alternative. "Walking" DVDs (or YouTube videos) are great for rainy/snowy days.

  • I honestly don't mind walking in the cold or rain but when the sun is splitting the skies, it makes me more hopeful about reaching my goals.
