I just reached my first mini goal! To weigh the same as I did when I started my really stressful job. My next mini goal is to weigh less than my mom (198) who has always been obese. (And embarrassed me as a child.)

Haven't checked in for a while. Was traveling, then got discouraged when the scale went up! Doing much better now! Friday weigh in CW 222.6 I got COVID. ON DAY 12 and am sooo tired. Steps practically non existent.
