    I know a lot of this weight is water weight, but it feels good to see a drop on the scale. This week is the first time in a long time that I feel more in control of my eating. My NSV is that I kept my stress eating down to 1 evening this week.

    OMG, yes. I need help staying out of the food trough at night. i have started taking a couple of fiber tablets and a glass of water right before bed. its helping, but nowhere near as good as a bag of smartpop!

    11/01-199.8-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- Was it the travel weight, the Halloween candy, or the 3 hours of sleep last night? Moving forward, but remembering in the Book of Psalms that it says in part “My life is continually in my hands……”


    11/07-198.8-(Trend Weight: 199.9)- I lost one full pound during Halloween week. I count that as a win.


    11/14-197.6-(Trend Weight: 199.1)- The scale hasn’t tipped this low since September so I feel like this is an opportunity. Travel tomorrow and Thursday. I’ve got to hang on to my progress!

    (up a bit more due to gradual recovery from COVID weight drop.) I expect to be about 153 by Thursday, November 17th.
