WI Down 0.2 pound 👍
That could have been Down 2.0, but yesterday’s lasagna got me 😵💫
Also this could be the same place I shopped for yesterday’s dessert apple fritters

Today is a day with a tight morning schedule. My plan is to squeeze in my usual time on the elliptical machine (and not do strength training or yoga). I have already done this; I didn’t want to, but knew that I would. Being accountable to this group was a strong reason that I did it. Today and two of the next three days are going to be difficult, food-wise, due to the days’ activities. Today and Friday will be the most manageable; Sat will be really difficult.
Love the muffins, @200Karen !8 -
Hi Everyone!
I'm going to check in today instead of my usual Friday because I won't have access to a scale until Sunday or Monday. I'm traveling. Moving my sister home to Pennsylvania from Florida. I can't wait to see her tonight and give her a big hug!!!!
I've got my motivation back somehow! Let's just hope that it continues through my trip.

I'm not great at sticking to Challenges, so I'd appreciate all support.
Have a Girls' Trip to Savannah at the end of January, so this Challenge is perfect timing.
I'm wicked short, so 15# is a lot for my height.

The last 3 days have went well with tracking my food and fasting. My eating window is 10-6. Exercise not so good I did mow some grass/leaves today. I can say I have had more energy. Looking forward to weighing in on Saturday.5

I know a lot of this weight is water weight, but it feels good to see a drop on the scale. This week is the first time in a long time that I feel more in control of my eating. My NSV is that I kept my stress eating down to 1 evening this week.6 -

Not a great week for exercise since I have a head cold and just didn't feel up to it every day.
One good thing about having a cold, I really didn't feel much like eating. A couple days I had to force myself to eat enough so that I didn't drop below my daily minimum.
In any case, I'm thrilled with a 1.7 lb loss this week!
Have a great weekend!

11/01-199.8-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- Was it the travel weight, the Halloween candy, or the 3 hours of sleep last night? Moving forward, but remembering in the Book of Psalms that it says in part “My life is continually in my hands……”
11/07-198.8-(Trend Weight: 199.9)- I lost one full pound during Halloween week. I count that as a win.
11/14-197.6-(Trend Weight: 199.1)- The scale hasn’t tipped this low since September so I feel like this is an opportunity. Travel tomorrow and Thursday. I’ve got to hang on to my progress!

Starting a little late but I would love to join this challenge. I have been losing and gaining the same ten pounds for three years. I am currently injured(broken wrist, torn meniscus) but able to walk slowly. I started November at 185 and am still there. I weigh in on Fridays. I would love to be 170 by January 31! Feeling very motivated right now because my knee will be way happier if I lose 40 pounds but 15 would also make a difference.5

Hello, I'm a little late but would love to join!
I've lost 27.5 kg 60.6lbs since march last year by making small changes and trying to learn to eat intuitively but I've plateaued the last few months so thought I would give calorie counting a go again. I have another 22.5 kg 49.6lbs to go all up
Hoping to lose the 6.8 kg 15lbs by the end of the challenge period but honestly will be happy even with half that just to break this plateau.
My goal is to aim for sticking to my calorie allowance, and get 10k steps per day.
Nov 1 start date: 88.2 kg 194.4lbs
Nov 8 88.2 kg 194.4 lbs
Nov 15 87.5 woop woop they are starting to move!
