I'm exactly the same! Before I could drink and drink and not feel too bad the next day. And now I'm tipsy after one drink and always wake up feeling terrible. I'm 22 and don't drink that much anymore because it's just not worth it for me!

I've only lost 8lb since January so I don't think that could be the case - although I have decreased my daily intake by 50cals. I don't want to reduce anymore as I'm only on 1350 which is good for me at the moment

Typically around 200-300 cals. I try to have something high in protein so I'm full until lunch

Big hugs. I lost my dad in November so it's still very raw for me too. It's very easy to slip into bad eating habits for comfort and to fill a void but it never ever works. I gave myself two months off the gym and counting calories and it made me even more miserable. I joined back the gym in January and I'm feeling so much…

Ooooookay guys. I was interested in other people experiences. I get that people are not fans of the plan. I wanted to see if anyone who used MFP AND the plan found it to be worth the money.

And that it would be 100% tailored to me

I like the fact that it incorporates the science behind food and will enabled me to meet my macros more effectively

I actually lost a lot of weight and pretty fast too (all came back though) but I feel much happier being off of it. Idk, I like that I'm not putting any drugs inside my body. I don't even take paracetamol if I have a headache - but that's just me!

It's hard to loose weight but not impossible! Here's some tips I picked up when I was at uni. - Walking to uni (yes even for those 9am lectures) - Preparing a healthy lunch the night before so I can bring it with me (stopped me going for bad food) - Stairs instead of lift EVERYTIME - Reduce calories during the day so you…

Im the same as you! I never had a problem with my tummy area - in fact it was the one part of me I did like. However I gained a bit of weight and it went all on my tummy and now I feel constantly bloated and fat. It's so noticeable no matter what I wear! Unfortunately you can't isolate fat loss, it will come off where it…

You're welcome, good job!

That's awesome!! Can really relate to the anxiety thing. I was really anxious about the class as I thought with there being only three of us in it id feel like I was being watched by the trainer all the time.
