I've developed my own way of making it, and so far it turns out pretty well every time. Flexible. I've been focusing on not overeating, which has been a huge problem for me. I find that my calories tend to average out ok during the week and I tend to look at this more than the individual days. I'm losing slowly but steadily so I'm pretty happy :)

Corn chips!!! I would sometimes eat a bag on my own...900 calories.... :( Now I don't even bother, one serve just makes we want to eat more.

I wish I had the self control to have sweet things in the house! At this point I can't but maybe one day. If I;m really desperate for something sweet I will mix 1 table spoon of nut butter with 0.5 teaspoon of pure maple syrup and a little cinnamon, very satisfying :smile:

I've been doing HIIT on the stationary bike, and loving it. I'm still new to it so I'm currently doing 15/60 breakdown. I find that music helps massively and a youtube video I'm finding amazing is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_p5-nTaiUFg it has voice prompts and rep countdown, very helpful!!

I remember when I was pregnant I was addicted to ice, but only the one from McDonalds. I would get my hubby to pick me up a large cup of ice on his way home every night.

I think to avoid ending up back here 10 weeks form next Xmas you are better off making a lifestyle change. Wanting to lose weight because you expect to gain weight over Christmas seems like a very short term goal which isn't based on health.
