Me too :) wish I'd had these shorts at the start, I doubt they would've gone over my knees! That would've made for a good before and after!

Starting weight: 175lbs (probably more though!)
    Current weight: 137.5lbs
    Height: 5'7"

I'll be honest how I lost it has varied through out, when I had a lot more spare time I was running and using the gym but now I'm quite busy I don't do much more than light walking! I just always make sure out going calories is more than in going and it seems to work for me! Low carbs keeps my cravings for bad foods down though :) lots of protein and fibre to keep full :)

Youre at the weight I wish to be and about same height. Your stomach is soo flat, no bulges at all, cant believe you are maintaining it without exercising now. Good job!

Great job! I've had pretty much the same numbers "before" and "after", like 177 to 135, height 5'6.

Didn't do any workouts at all, not more than walking a couple of miles a day. have been having around 1200 Cal a day with low carbs, just as you :) carbs are evil!

Awesome stuff ! That's what happened to me ...... by the time I lost 20 pounds, my shorts were literally falling off of me ..... that made my hubby smile B)

Great job! I had to lose a full 20 pounds before anything felt loose on me (my starting weight was 220 and I was a size 18).
