Cold run in the Midwest this morning! 125miles down. Goal 145, but looks like maybe 130 before the month is over.

It's pretty much common knowledge that running transforms your physical appearance, but whats even more important is how you feel about yourself when you're disciplined and engaged in a consistant healthy lifestyle. You begin to see yourself as a go-getter. 10/1-5miles 10/2-5miles 10miles down 135miles remaining lol

Lol I would have to agree with you on cranking up the tunes and just running. What it does mentally for me is amazing.

Yes I do lift, but it's not my favorite thing to do. Love kettle bell training, but I've heard it not the same as straight lifting.

Tennisdude2004 right on!!! Belgerian no ED but not feeling hungry for that long and knowing that I'm suppose to be consuming over 3,000 calories a day to lose weight the right way can be challenging.

Yes I start to rehydrate within 15 minutes of completing my run. Yes 90% of the time I will run on a fast. If I wake up just not feeling energized I will eat a banana or do a protein shake. Just to get some goodness in me.
