Its funny cuz I'm the opposite, my partner cooks dinner at night so I generally don't have to cook that. So much is what I always have to worry about. I also found out that asparagus is the opposite for me I prefer broccoli or brussel sprouts more. Lol but to each their own. ;)

Awesome I'm planning on joining the army in April I still have 10lbs to lose before they 'll let me join, but I'm no where near the fitness yet. I've been doing C25K for the running every other day, push up intervals, sit up intervals, and of course following the mfp calories.

I use hidden valley ranch seasoning [season you use to make the dressing] I sprinkle a bit on it and some pepper and a tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce and it's really good. Everyonce in awhile I'll throw some feta or parm on top as well.

Thank you ;) yup seeing it myself i had to take this picture. I even felt lighter just looking at it. Maybe why i seemed happier inbthe second even ;). Im gonna be focusing hard for these next 19 lbs., its so little yet so much. But i can do it ! I just gotta not give up. Thats why i love this community you guys keep me…

Ive been practicing this a bit myself and i do find it helps a lot. I cooked up some greenbeans to put under some chicken breast and drank 2 glasses of water prior and it filled me up fast and i didnt find myself needing seconds. ;)
