I definitely have issues with my core but I can hold it for a bit, but I'm sure this is part of my problem as well. I use the jif peanut butter powder and i LOVE IT, buttt i only use it for my banana smoothies so I dont know if that helps any.

Everyone loses differently dont get discouraged. You can see it, if even a little, your cheeks are smaller and the puffiness is gone :). You look great keep it up :thumbsup:

All of my pants, even my skinny jeans are now baggy on me. I can still hold them up with a belt, but they look silly lol. I know I got 50lbs. To to so I'm trying to put off buying the new wardrobe just yet.
