Hello. My name is Cedrick and I recently wanted to join the United States Navy. The only problem is that I'm 6'1'', 270 pounds (extremely overweight). I have some muscle mass, but it is all covered with fat. I've tried to start multiple regimens but they don't seem to work. I would like some advice on how to get started and the best regimen to lose weight, keep my muscle mass, and build my endurance.

Awesome I'm planning on joining the army in April I still have 10lbs to lose before they 'll let me join, but I'm no where near the fitness yet.
I've been doing C25K for the running every other day, push up intervals, sit up intervals, and of course following the mfp calories.0
