You try planning in advance night before so can work out your kcal and pick more filling fiber, protein foods. I find porridge is a good start as it filing and it lasts till lunch time. You could pick a low kcal for lunch if your more hungry during the evening. Good luck with your journey we all mess up but don’t starve…

I did this as I thought 2015 posts were stopping my progress ticker from showing current weight loss. Still does not work. But is good have a clear out. I did delete meals just posts and photos and weight record for that time period.

I cut down from 2hrs a day to a 600ml bottle then a can 330mls. Then it became a treat item here their 2x-3x a week then a weekend treat. I started a routine pint of water and a cup of coffee plus my meal. I do this at each meal time.

Mushrooms I’m in love with mushrooms they are in everything. I did manage a curry without them in BUT I have plans for breakfast as I want to keep thing from becoming boring.

Feeling pleased with myself motivated and find myself thinking not what to eat next what to plan but so relaxed and happy. It’s a bit of an odd feeling.

So glade to see this group. I am a binger and binged yesterday after food pushing by someone else. I’m on orlistat which helping with my relationship with food via consequences but also with food pushing via the orlistat does not let you digest 30% of the fat. I’ve had issue in past with chewing food and spitting it out.…

1. Coffee & porridge to start the day keeps all living ;-) 2. My digital scales to check my weight more consequences to roll in ect.. 3. MFP community has helped me stay focused and made me smile. 4. Orlistat brings consequences for bad choices. 5. Water my go to instead of binging breath calm down think and sip water.

Thank you , I think up the calories to make that bit easier. Try focus on eating the right amount calorie and what I’m eating leave working out macros later in my journey.
