I probably weigh my self 4/5 times a day, but if I didn’t a part of accountability would not be their. Yes our weight depends on the time day also if we eaten and if we been for a 1/2 ect. When got only so much left
Planning todays food. No carbs or sugar left.. had breakfast so working on what to have for lunch and dinner. At a loss how to reach the total target of 1200? Got ruffly 310 kcal left struggling to find something to fill that gap that has no carb no sugar!

Portion control
One my major floors resolved!! I’ve just ordered myself portion tubs so I can work out just how much should be on my plate yay!! Looking forward to the weeks ahead Lol orlistat needs own special formula for getting that grease off the bog :-D

Orlistat newbie early days
Day 3… not great but Christmas is out the way. Had a nice time eg food. I’ve done a bit research so I can see some areas for improvement. Lesons learned as well explanations.
