Positivity

Up early feeling positive. It’s silly o’clock. I’ve cleaned tidied my kitchen. All productive for the day. Washing done. Breakfast cooking.. thinking out the box as their no milk and I’d usually have porridge. Came up with two large mushrooms with tomato x2 sliced up under the mushrooms. A stock cube bit water. Some basil leaves and a sprinkle of cheese. Just enough for taste but not ott. So far I have the morning planned. Tablets and vitamins and a pint of water. I have chicken I can cook for lunch. Not sure what do with it I have plenty of veg and salad in. Might do a chicken pasta salad but easy on the carbs. I’ve not got my portion tubs I ordered yet. This an area I need to re learn.

    Sounds like a great start! Rather than relying on portion tubs, I’d invest in a digital scale to weigh and record what you are eating. You will be able to better account for and adjust the number of calories you are consuming of everything by weighing rather than eyeballing in a tub or going by measures like large/medium/small/ sprinkle etc. it really made things easier when I started measuring in grams.
