Macros. Keeping those in check will give you the balanced meals and keep you under calorie count in my opinion.

I personally love Thrive shakes! Pea protein and lots of vitamins too. Comes in vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry.

Why not just hit the back button on the day, and log it on the day you did it?

Positive motivation from friends and support system! Whether it is from friends in life or MFP. Other motivation that I found to be helpful was creating a goal board at home and pinning pictures and writing my goals with expected date of goal. Look at it everyday!
