    Positive motivation from friends and support system! Whether it is from friends in life or MFP. Other motivation that I found to be helpful was creating a goal board at home and pinning pictures and writing my goals with expected date of goal. Look at it everyday!

    Motivation is a unique, internal force. What is your "why"? Why do you want to get fit? Figure that out, then design your goals and rewards around that. For me, I give myself rewards every 10 pounds I lose. The first 10 pounds was a new bathing suit. The next 10 pounds, I get a bracelet I have been wanting. I want to look better, feel better, live longer. I design my goals and rewards, hence my motivation, around that "why".
