Activity level help!

I just started a part time job where I am on my feet for 5-6 hours a day, 4-5 days a week. Part of that time is just standing at the front desk, part of it is walking the building, and part of it is cleaning (sweeping, sometimes mopping). Prior to getting this job, I was sedentary other than when I went to the gym or for a walk. Should I change my activity level, or should I log it as exercise on the days I'm working? When I'm not at work, I do go the gym for at least an hour but at home I am mostly sitting around. If I should log it, how should I log it? Today I am working for 8 hours, and I will not be sitting for any of that 8 hours. Any advice is welcome. Thank you!

I would change your activity level, but just my opinion.

What's your goal? Cardio exercise will help with losing weight and getting fit. I wouldn't count standing as an exercise. You need to get your heart rate up and/or do something strenuous to call it exercise.

I would change activity level as well.

I personally don't think daily life should be counted as "exercise".
