I did it for 4 weeks n it killed me just about no energy, the shakes, bad heads, mood swings. Just wasn't for me, doesn't say it won't help other ppl

I suffer too, i do the workout called skinny pigs (plz dont take the mickey) but i do it 4 times a wk, i normally get in a hot shower, put warm clothes, take my meds n pain relief, then i walk to workout to stretch my muscles then do my workout walk bk and get in a hot bath, then just try n keep warm for the day

So i guess no one done it then! Ive been going for 2wks now really enjoy it aleast u feel as u done exercise n not boring like the gym can b n personality i dont think it body shamming at all, im a size 16, there women there bigger but aleast we have one gold in commit

Im in the uk and have just started using a brand called Yokebe shakes, i using it in the morning before workout as it has 32.1g of protein in it.

I use to drink 5/6 a cup a day now I've cut down to 2/3 but got to say if I didn't have my everyday coffee I think I would have murdered some by now lol

No I'm not eating back what burn, to be honest never thought about that. My height is 5ft 2 My weight is 193lb And my calories goal is 1700 but I only eat between 1200 to 1600 depending how I feel and if I'm hungry plus if I can stay awake to eat as Tuesday I don't back in the house until 10pm

Thanks, guess im gonna have to start listing tk my body and understand im human and not a robot, gonna enjoy the rest of it while it's last and to be honest this is the 1st time my son done this so il make the most of it. Yep and I will be back on it tomorrow and also have extras to deal with too all 4 kids will be at home…

Bettina82 my favourite jeans feel a bit lose around the waist just a bit but thy tight on my legs I can't win in sum ways. Thanks to all of u's n thanks for the push too I'm going to do it. Thanks for ur help n advice I have decided to spilt it ov the days of 6. So I'm doin weights mon wed, Fri and doing crosstrainer tues n Thursday n doin aerobic on sat then rest on Sunday.

When I get like this I try to drink a pint of water and wait and see if im really hungry I get something small and stay on the move and away from the kitchen lol
