what does everyone eat instead? Probably wont be able to cut out entirely because financially they are some of the cheapest meals for our family but breakfast/lunch time might be able to cut out :)

They're intended to inhibit amylase, the enzymes that break down starch, which makes it less digestible and passes through the digestive system without being absorbed, thus cutting back a couple of calories. I bloat quite badly from carbs and I've got a spa trip in 2 weeks so if I can avoid looking like a beachball yet still eat what I enjoy (it's for my birthday) hopefully I wouldnt feel too self conscious! Apparently they do aid weight loss too

These are amazing :') I feel so much better! I think I insecurity-eat, when I feel insecure at work especially I eat to give myself a mental boost. I now have a little soft toy keyring to hold to distract and comfort myself. Sad I know but better than just eating everything in the world!
