Do you find wearing gym wear encourages you?
Recently I've been wearing a vest top and leggings but find I sweat loads around my waist so have ordered a cropped gym top. But i'm a little self conscious of wearing it because its my midsection i'm not so happy with! Does it motivate you more to get it gone? Thoughts/feelings/opinions? Thank You :)

Here's a small tip!
If your find drinking enough water a struggle, I find that something as simple as adding a slice of lime to carbonated water makes me drink 2/3 times more (from previously averaging about maybe 2 cups of drink a day max (small - about 300ml! ) but the lime makes it appealing and delicious! :) May seem trivial but its easy…
