I like this way of looking at it I always have a protein shake following my workout as well so I think I might keep this in mind and not worry too much about how many calories I have burned! Thanks!

I have a protein shake before/after my workouts, and sometimes even on rest days if I know my protein intake isn't enough. I usually mix with water to keep my calories down, but my partner adds milk to his and pours it in his cereal at breakfast! I noticed reducing my carb intake, increasing my protein, increasing water intake and lifting weights reduced my bloated tummy and tummy pouch a bit in just 1 week! So hopefully keeping this up in the long term will really help the transformation! xx
