I get that, but along with exercise and a good diet ? I'm stressing the fact that I tried my very hardest to lose and my weight just stopped coming off, I trained harder and ate less. it wasn't working

When I complete my log entry for the day, every time it says that in 5 weeks I will be 9 St something which is what I am going for.. as long as I am in the 9 stone zone I will be really happy! I hope it works

I am just putting in what I am burning on each machine .. although the exercise mfp calories counter does change the time of my exercise slightly but as long as the number of calories I have burned add up then it's been fine .. I'm just new to all of this and still trying to figure out how to work it all and get myself on…

I'm putting all of my calories into mfp and I still have remaining calories left over, so I'm definitely eating healthier, exercising more and consuming less calories

1,740 is the calorie goal and I'm wanting to lose about 12 lb upto now & when I have reached that then I will set a new goal. I've decided to go to the gym ATLEAST 4 times a week and burn 500 calories each time . I've been doing it a few days and haven't gone over my calories yet.thrre are still quite a lot left, just due…
