T5 slimming pills, experiences & questions?

I stopped going to the gym a few months back and have just recently started again this week. I gave up trying to lose this last 14 lbs! I am now willing to give it another shot! I am 5 ft 4' and weigh 144 lbs. I'm starting a 1000 calorie diet and going to excersise at the gym for one hour, 4 times a week. A friend has recommended t5 slimming pills, I know many people will have negative things to say about them and EVERYBODY is entitled to their opinion but I don't want a lecture.. I just want an insight into what people have actually experienced with t5 slimming pills! Thankyou. Am I going to lose weight or waste of time/money ?

I get that, but along with exercise and a good diet ? I'm stressing the fact that I tried my very hardest to lose and my weight just stopped coming off, I trained harder and ate less. it wasn't working

I'd say waste of money...I tried many different things thru the years, spent loads of money on this miracle cream and that sure-fire pill...they don't really work. The best you will see is racing heart rate, making you feel like something's happening. Really, get yourself logging your food...create a deficit every day....try to have a 500 calorie deficit every day....and you'll start to see results. My weight quickly came off when I started to really commit to a food and workout plan. Pills and such are just little beads of "hope"...but they lie!!! Don't waste your time any further! (That wasn't a lecture, that was my experience and that's how I talk, I'm a mom..lol!) Good luck with whatever you decide to do!

If you were logging accurately and exercising and still not losing weight then you should really get a physical before turning to diet pills.

Or try harder again. And don't quit this time!

1000 calories and a pill with no medical support is your current diet plan?

Where is the logic in that?

The sensible plan is NOT TO TAKE THEM. It really seems as though you are seeking confirmation of a predetermined plan.

Wow! 1000 ain't much. App tells me to keep to 1200 and that's a struggle (5'3). Can't comment on pills, but would be interested to know if they are helpful.

If they only work when paired with diet and exercise, what does that tell you? Diet pills just do not work. If you struggle to lose weight, you're probably eating more than you think. Try a $12 food scale instead of expensive, ineffective diet pills.

I am seeking confirmation as it happens ! obviously I am or I wouldn't be asking people on their opinion. as it happens, I very much doubt I will be taking them. but il see .

Have you checked out the ingredients?

A mix of tyrosine and a few other amino acids and b vits, plus caffeine.

There is nothing in them that eating a chicken salad washed down with coffee won't do.

More expensive and won't taste as good.
