Yup heavy lifting will transform you. The after burn you get from this type of exercise is amazing Through in some short time(5/10 min) intense h.I.I.t. sessions per day and you will burn more calories during exercise,after exercise and for several hours afterwards Bravo Very well done

Hmm have you thought about building muscle That will help you gain weight do a strength training program daily if it's low intensity and weight Or two three times a week high intensity and or weight You will see the pounds pile on and you will feel hungry as those new muscles will need feeding Best regards

Do heavy compound exercises like squats with or without weights Ur thighs will grow fast lol If you really want to gain weight you need to have a calorie surplus That's it really Best of luck

It's genetics and lifestyle dependant really If your into heavy weightlifting with long rest periods you will gain if u have a calorie surplus

I would say do twice a day and do max 10 minutes high intensity Please if your not used to doing 30 min of activity why put itself through punishment of a 30 min workout If u still intent on it split it throughout the day in 5-10 min segments It's not the workout it's your daily total that counts Kind regards

do lots and lots of small runs of exercise high intensity Just 5 min so I sweat and out of breath to start off with That's all you need

All day everyday lol If your starting out do 5-10 minute high intensity sweat busting exercises twice a day When you get stronger ou can stretch it to 10-15 Best of luck

2 hours workout straight.wow Why spend so much time working out If you did splits of 6x20 sessions throughout the day you can train harder and more intensely Which means you get better results throughout the day Just my two cents

Do both Calisthenics for mobility strength and weight training for raw strength overall

If your new your ligaments and tendons are not used to this amount of exercise in that range of motion Try splitting those 20 reps into easier 5 rep sessions throughout the day Maybe 4 sets of 5 Your body will thank you for it Hope this helps Cheers
