calisthenics exercise program

Hi, has anyone got a calisthenics exercise program they can share or recommend? somewhat basic!

    What is your goal? Also why calisthenics as opposed to using weights?

    One of my friends here uses something called YAYOG, and when I finally asked her what it was, she told me it stands for "you are your own gym." I don't know anything about it, but it sounds like calisthenics only..

    Do both

    Calisthenics for mobility strength and weight training for raw strength overall

    I like the assortment and variety on fitness Blender.
  • I do the 7 minute workout that focuses mostly on using your own body weight and no weights needed. All you need is yourself,a chair and a wall. Its short but high intensity

    I have a gym at my work I can use, but it is very small and so I can't always use the weights as other people are using them

    Goal is to be stronger pretty much. I'm 40 and I've read as you get older you should lift heavier (apparently) but I can't guarantee I will be able to use the weights everyday. ALso I do thai boxing classes 3-4 times a week.
