How to gain weight n continue to exercise? I feel like exercise cancels out all the food.

I do speed walking n jogging 2 -4 times a week. I'm trying to tone my legs, build my butt and bust. Any tips?

Limit down the cardio and focus on using weights and eating food with lots of protein0

Tone is a fancy word for lose body fat, which you do while in a calorie deficit and generally need resistance training (which walking won't really provide).
So if you want to tone your body, a small deficit and a good fully body lifting routine will provide the best results. You may be interested in a program like Strong Curves since it has a greater focus on lower body...0 -
Do heavy compound exercises like squats with or without weights Ur thighs will grow fast lol
If you really want to gain weight you need to have a calorie surplus
