It loses water weight. Water doesn't have calories. If it loses calories otherwise (e.g. stuff sticking to the pan) it's negligible.

I really like my diet! It's nutritious and keeps me happy at 1200 calories a day. I will definitely try picking up some simethicone or charcoal or something tho. I didn't realize it was such an issue, my work is pretty stinky even without my toots.

When I joined MFP I wore a size 24. Yesterday I went out in a size 6 dress and got plenty of compliments on how well it fit and how good it looked. And I kinda agree! ;)

Lost 120lbs and counting just by following MFP's recommended calorie amounts. Started at 1750, now at 1260

I like using different balsamic vinegars -- spicy, fruity ones are probably my favorite. But orange juice or lime juice on its own works really well too. For an add of creamy, mix with some plain greek yogurt and add some spices.
