  • No she doesn't, she works at the college that I currently study at. She knows I can't afford a PT and has never pushed her work on me. If I could add pictures on this post you would see that I am very fatty on my bottom half, hips, bum and thighs

  • Thank you. Yes I do need to be more patient. I've just stumbled for a few weeks at 31% nothing is moving. So was looking for further advice.

  • I study nutrition and health so I'd say my nutrition on a whole is good but I do not study sports nutrition and think that's what I need here as I don't want to lose muscle but do need to lose a lot more fat

  • I weigh absolutely everything and double check against the packaging. I eat the same foods over and over agai to be honest. I've lost 16lb in weight in 4 months. I've checked my fat on the scales and my friend who is a personal trainer checked it by just looking at me and then used calipers scales 31%, her looking at me…

  • Did you eat high carb yesterday compared to usual? Could just be no bowl movement. Try to limit how often you weigh yourself and if it's not working increase calories by 50 a day till you see scales movem

  • I've checked picures on line and if what they show is right I'd say I'm at least 35% so I believe the tests and the guy in the gym wasn't suprised. while I may be small and petite there's a lot of fat there to move. Thanks I will have a look at starting weight training it's just so bloody cold to go in the garage lol

  • I'm 5ft 2. I've had it measured by calipers and on a set of ibody scales at the gym both readings are the same. I thought you have to strip fat before you start building? So have to start in a deficit?
  • I do metapwr which sounds very much like this 30seconds high intesity with 8 seconds gap. I love the class and after 2 classes I'm already feeling stronger and fitter (I do other excercise) you will find that 10 min is a warm up and 5 min cool down
