I have this 0cal squish syrup that I add to my water during the day it has caffeine and some B vitamins in it. I’m just going to keep it in unless I hit a big stall or so. But for now I need it to get the water down.

I am doing the 5x5 program. I lift m/w/f When would you suggest I do the goblet squats, swings and presses? In what amounts? No chance for the pull up at the moment. It was my goal for December to maybe do 1!

Good day today. Went up on BP and Row. I tried to increase on my squat but I was almost tipping over. We don't have smaller than 5lb increases at the gym and I forgot my 2 lbs homemade ones at home. Will try again on Wednesday.

I took my dh to the gym today. He is not a gym person at all, but was so nice to work out with him. I put my own recipes in the recipe builder. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it. I eat a mixed diet, but am Indian so often eat Indian food. Usually non-veg.

I eat 3 boiled eggs with a slice of buttered toast everyday. Sometimes with a 1/2 avocado. Keeps me full for hours. If you want scrambled I would do 2 whites and 1 yellow and cook in spray to keep calories low and protein high.

I have had it for about 6 months. I'm taking an anti inflammatory for 2 weeks and then dr will decide for steroid injection or not. I still play golf and lift heavy. Hi All! Making good progress in squats, but bench was hard. I could use some fractionalals but I only have 1 pounds and the next plate i have at the gym is 5... I failed with the jump to 5 (each side) so deloaded and went back to last weight. What do you all do if you don't have fractionals?

There under goals you see calorie and macronutrients goals. You can enter it manually there.

Your rmr will not include your regular daily activity and calories from exercise. Once you decide what calories you should be eating, you can set it manually under goals I think.

I'm with you. I did awesome for 6 months. Went on holiday. Ate at "maintenance" for 10 days and came home 3 pounds heavier. I lost my willpower for food but kept up the exercise. Baby wipes and a fresh change of clothes. Some deodorant and a spritz of perfume. Wash your face. If your hair is long or sweaty a quick dry and tie it up if it's long.

Good day again. Am really enjoying the program and today the dead lift started to feel heavy. I could have easily done another set but am trying to stick to the program. I'm sure with 2-3 more increases I won't be able to even make the first set.
