Source of carbs in ketosis
There was a debate happening on another board and I thought it would be best to ask here: If a cup of popcorn has 6 carbs vs a protein shake with 6 carbs, does it make a difference to ketosis if you have one over the other? Does the source of carbs matter? Assume everything else the same and macros are being met.

Measured run Distance on charge hr vs treadmill
Just did a fitness test and was aiming to measure my time to finish 1 mile (1.6 km) The treadmill showed 1.6 km so I stopped. 15:30 The Fitbit showed 1.9 km at 15:30 Which one is right?

Does anyone know what goals MFP uses to give these announcements when you weigh in? Is it % of bodyweight lost? % to goal? Weight Lost as a number? Some of my friends get a "You have lost x%" message. Others "You have lost 13.6 pounds" I think I got one at 20 pounds but can't remember. Any ideas?

I've been playing with the idea of starting strong lifts... I have a good 30-40 pounds to loose. Should I start SL now or wait to get closer to goal weight? I'm 36, 5'2' and 182 pounds.
