Does anyone know what goals MFP uses to give these announcements when you weigh in?

Is it % of bodyweight lost?
% to goal?
Weight Lost as a number?

Some of my friends get a "You have lost x%" message. Others "You have lost 13.6 pounds" I think I got one at 20 pounds but can't remember.

Any ideas?
