Gonna try to get me some walking in on the treadmill tonight. Hoping to get in at least an hour, maybe I will be feeling pretty good and can push myself to an hour and a half.

I'm going to weigh in, in the morning. I have two family Christmas parties tomorrow and one Christmas Day don't want to see my scales on Saturday LOL. I apologize for not putting the weekly weigh in discussion on here last Saturday.

@2020pinktogo Right now my treadmill is my main focal point. I also use Leslie Sansone DVDs, but during the holidays I will probably not be able to use them; due to the limited space in my living room with a Christmas tree.

@kalenawald Sounds good! I would love to attempt to jump rope, but I am legally blind. It has crossed my mind it I have been afraid that I would fall & give my children lots to laugh at lol!

@vrinda9183 It does sound like we have similar goals in mind. I use my IPhone step-counter to keep up with my steps. But, no one needs to feel pressured to have to keep up with anyone else. Although, I do like the idea that someone has similar goals to my own. Maybe we can do some planning together as far as how many…

I have been trying to cut back for about a month now to. I have lost about 13 pounds. I have set my goal for 50 pounds. Looking for some friends for the journey.

That's great! I am proud of myself this morning too. I made it through the holidays without gaining any weight. I need some friends on here but not sure how to get them. I have only been on here for a few weeks.
