Oil and water do not mix. You are not diluting it by putting it in water. Ingesting undiluted essential oils can do all sorts of things to you. I did this with lemon oil a few times and it resulted in a gall bladder attack. I literally thought I was going to die. I stopped doing it and have never had an episode like that…

I love the song Boss A** B****. lol I don't normally listen to rap or hiphop and if anyone who knows me personally heard that I like that song, they'd laugh.
-
Yesyesyes. I just finished it. I don't follow a specific diet, but I do what she says at the end. Eating a variety of fresh, whole foods is key.
-
Ah ok. Thanks! I will do that next time and lower the weight.
-
I weigh 169 as of this morning. (down 5 lbs since last week! Woohoo!)

I didn't see a women's version, so I'm self-interpreting it as a men's and lowered the weight for all other exercises. I didn't lower the weight for deadlifts because you put the weight on the floor and the size of the plates matters, not just their weight. I think I'll lower and just not put the weight on the floor at the…

Thank you all for your insight! I was in and out today in 30. I did the suggested starting weight for deadlifts (95 lbs) and I'm not sure I can increase it next time. Wowza! I think I might lighten it a bit to work on my form more before going that heavy again.

I made a huge thing of GF baked mac n cheese for Thanksgiving so my daughter would have something I knew for sure she'd eat. It was a HUGE hit and some of my family was upset I took all the leftovers home instead of leaving them at my mom's house where everyone else was staying for the weekend. lol

You'll lose weight based on cutting calories alone, but paying attention to your macronutrients is important, too, for a well-balanced diet and healthy body. Your body needs all three for different processes.

I shouldn't have to say this, but there's always multiple people who question me on this, but all of her diagnoses were done by a professional speech and occupational therapists as well has her pediatrician. I didn't just decide she had a speech delay based on being an over-protective mom.
-
My daughter is gluten free. She's two and a half has a speech delay. Before we noticed a delay I knew she had digestive issues (it's hard to NOT notice a digestive issue when you're the one changing that person's diaper lol) and we had gone GF and it helped a lot but I just thought it was a temporary problem after being on…

I see. You're all hung up on a word and haven't actually answered my question. Thanks, anyway.

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, a banana and coffee with creamer Lunch: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup rice, broccoli Dinner: 4 oz chicken, sweet potato bake (like the Thanksgiving kind but I skip the marshmallows, I use Martha Stewart's recipe), green beans seasoned and broiled with 1 TBS oil Snacks: cheese sticks, eggs, almonds,…

That's what wins the race! At your weight, I'm not sure it's actually possible unless you did something unreasonably drastic.
-
It would depend on a whole lot of factors, such as your starting weight. A typical healthy weight loss goal is 1 lb/week. If you haven't been eating well or drinking enough water, you may initially lose ~5 lbs just in water weight in the first couple of weeks.
-
I suggest you try weightlifting. A lot of people have had great results with Stronglifts (totally free, just google it).

Avoiding the debate and answering OP's original question... I haven't been on Prozac, but I have been on Zoloft and Citalopram (not at the same time) for post-partum depression and anxiety. I haven been able to get off of them and have been able to stabilize my mood with diet and exercise and my hormones have gone back to…

I think this is a decent article if this is what you're looking for: http://www.webmd.com/diet/the-truth-about-seven-common-food-additives?page=1

There's no general consensus. I choose to eat "clean" and my personal definition of that is I buy one ingredient fresh foods (chicken, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc.) and cook everything myself. That's my decision and it makes me feel good. If you're interested in doing something like that, you can look into something…

From all of the context given, it may not *really* be about your weight at all. If your parents and grandma are talking you up and bragging about how well you're doing, it can make others jealous, not because of what you did/are doing, but because they want that attention from their grandma/mom/aunt. I've dealt with this…

Sea-kelp noodles. DON'T DO IT!!!

I've stuck with my food plan 100%, zero cheating or swapping out foods, and drinking 12 oz+ of water every day for the last 4 days. I've never actually done that before. I'd always sneak in a treat and account for it calorie-wise. 4 days of NO EXCUSES. In the past, I'd have definitely eaten out breakfast this morning in…

I'd definitely add deadlifts and pushups.

This is a great resource: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/ You can filter by muscle group, equipment, etc.

Pumpkin or chocolate mousse or pudding. Or coconut or banana cream. Or peach with the crispy cobbler stuff on top.

Have you tried kefir?
-
I can kind of relate... I have family who, knowing we are trying to eat well, will bring insane amounts of junk food when they visit because "everyone needs a treat" and "you can't be strict all the time." You can't control what other people do or say, but you can control how you respond. There's a really great quote that…

This book is awesome: http://www.amazon.com/Thinner-Leaner-Stronger-Building-Ultimate/dp/1938895290/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449167923&sr=8-1&keywords=thinner+leaner+stronger I had no idea what I was doing before reading that. I always thought low carb was the best choice. I've lost 10 lbs following that plan (before…

I use G6 protein powder mixed with 8 oz of unsweetened Almond milk. It has 100 cals/scoop, is a whey isolate (which is better than a concentrate) and 1 28g scoop has 25g of protein.

25g protein and 30%+ of daily amount of carbs. You need to replenish your glycogen stores in your muscles for them to retain their strength. I suggest reading Thinner, Leaner, Stronger. That book tells you everything you need to know about your diet, when to eat regarding your workouts, etc.
